so, about me.
I am Josie.
My username is a relict from my times as a LotR-fanatic. aragorn was my favorite character and... well... when it came to chosing dA names, i felt a little... umm... uncreative.
and i'm so not paying to change it ;)
I am 18. I live in Germany.
I have a few major obsessions.
One of which is drawing. Mostly traditionally and with pencils or ballpoints but I do occasionally dabble at digital art and am currently experimenting with markers. Art is also what I'd like to do for a living one day. I'm starting a course at uni this autumn, so the countdown to changing "Hobbyist" to "Student" is on ;)
The next is music. I listen to all sorts, though i tend to be careful with applying the term "all sorts" to music. becauuse that would also include Justin Bieber and obscure goat fetishist bands that worship satan.
I'm also a tea addict. which nearly everyone here in Deutschland considers a confirmation of the cliché that all British drink tea... I'm half British. *sips tea* though that cliché is somewhat harmless compared to prejudices held the other way round- heil dolf! ...NOT.
Well apart from that I love reading. So ahem.
so, yeah... as i mentioned... my gallery, you amazingly beautiful, talented, hot, intelligent, humorous and kind human being. you wonderful person. I love you. and your new hairdo suits you splendidly. ;D you get it, just look :D

Bonsoir, mes amis! 
I'm home again. I've already pretty much uploaded what I can as the rest of my sketchbook is sketchbook and diary combined and thus not suitable for public enjoyment. Assuming of course it's enjoyable. Which it isn't. I'll make some "proper" stuff again soon, now that I'm no longer confined to a tiny ringbook, and maybe it'll actually be worth putting online. 
Anyway. Travelling was way cool. I did lots, saw lots, met many and slept too little. That basically summarises it. 
Now I'm pretty exited about moving to Bournemouth and starting uni. 
Well anyway.

Not that I've been uploading regularly recently, but I have got a small stash of things I haven't put up yet that will probably be sacrificed to the Interwebs tomorrow. Update On Nothing

Today is the official "Accidentally Open A Program That Takes A Year To Open And Then Gets Stuck"-Day.
So far I have accidentally opened Gimp, Audacity and Windows Media Player. This has to be a personal record and is a definite sign that I need more sleep.
The holidays seem to have arrived but as they're holidays from nothing there's nothing particularly special about them.
I've discovered Jazz as perfect for listening to whilst producing scribbles.
I've discovered lots of weird stuff hidden in my desk drawers that I put there when I was ten.
I am also trying to mass produce cards at the moment to sell on the local annual art market.
